We take every opportunity to make our customers happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we would be glad to issue a full refund. But this refund applies ONLY for INACTIVE orders. The refund will NOT apply for Orders that are activated with PAID membership. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to improve our products and service quality.
